Cotton Bowl 2011

YAY! So part of my Christmas gift was tickets to the Cotton Bowl to watch the Aggie BTHO lsu, only the BTHO did not happen :(  Nevertheless, Sam and I had a great time.  I think this was our first road trip with out the puppies!!  My dad and Annette came up to babysit while we were gone.  We road the shuttle to and from the stadium so we didn't have to worry about parking.  Most lots to park in cost $60-$80 per vehicle.  Malarkey! So at the game, we sat next to these two VERY obnoxious girls.  Everyone stared at them, asked me if they were my friends, told them to shut up and eventually threatened to kick them out!  Thank goodness because I was getting very annoyed! Ugh!  The lsu fans were surprisingly nice.  The stadium was nice, but it was not everything every one made it out to be.  It's no bigger than any other stadium I or Sam had been to and Sam's been to a lot.  The biggest difference I noticed was the size of the jumbo Tron; now that was massive!
